Kunst van Kresse
Starting September 14, 2024, Museum Veluwezoom will feature the art of Hans Kresse, who lived and worked in Doorwerth for eight years.
Hans Kresse (1921–1992) is regarded as the best realistic comic artist in the Netherlands and one of the finest in Europe. His comic strip Eric de Noorman was hugely popular among young people during the 1950s.
The exhibition will showcase original sketches, drawings, and paintings from his entire body of work.
