Magic with spatula and squeegee
With her acrylic paintings, Gisela Claußen remains in the abstract realm. Her colorful abstractions stimulate the imagination in a magical way and inspire personal interpretations.
On Friday, May 1st, the action day of the Dötlinger GartenKultour, the Müller-vom-Siel-Kate will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visitors are invited to participate in a collaborative artwork. Gisela Claußen will prepare canvases, paints, and spatulas for this purpose. The artwork created on the day can be acquired by the highest bidder. Paintings by the artist on display in the Kate vividly illustrate how varied the creative possibilities of the spatula technique can be.
